Privacy Policy
BLAKZOL is currently an independent technology brand and project under development. BLAKZOL's digital presence is presently in a pre-operational and ecosystem-development stage.
For legal, privacy, data-protection, intellectual-property, or website-related matters, contact BLAKZOL at legal@blakzol.com.
Legal entity identification information will be updated when the dedicated BLAKZOL legal entity is formed and assumes operation.
1. Introduction
BLAKZOL respects visitor privacy and applies principles of data minimization, security, and transparency. This Policy explains information that may be handled when visiting the Landing, using its experiences, or voluntarily submitting forms.
Simulations and representations of the future ecosystem do not mean that the current Landing collects the data represented in those experiences.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to the public BLAKZOL website and access, contact, support, professional, enterprise, investor, partnership, and press forms. Future products involving additional processing will require appropriate review and documentation updates.
3. Information You Provide
Depending on the form, information may include name, email address, organization, role, area of interest, access-request information, and messages voluntarily provided.
Do not submit passwords, authentication codes, private keys, full payment-card numbers, banking credentials, complete identity documents, confidential medical information, or other highly sensitive data.
4. Technical and Security Information
The website uses technical mechanisms necessary for operation and protection, including validation, sanitization, anti-bot controls, and request-rate limitations. For certain anti-abuse controls, the application may process a cryptographic representation derived from an IP address without persisting the raw IP within that specific mechanism. Hosting or network infrastructure may maintain its own technical logs.
5. Purposes
Information may be used to respond to requests, manage access and information inquiries, handle professional, enterprise, investor, partner, or press communications, provide support, protect the site against abuse or fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. Forms and Email
Forms transmit information to the backend through HTTPS requests. After validation, communications are routed to BLAKZOL corporate mailboxes according to request type. Mail configuration is maintained separately from public website files.
7. Security
BLAKZOL applies reasonable safeguards such as input validation, anti-automation controls, rate limits, credential separation, and browser security policies. No Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies
The website uses a strictly necessary session cookie, BLAKZOLFORM, associated with form security and operation. See the Cookie Policy.
9. Fonts and Resources
Fonts in the current production configuration are served locally. The current Landing does not rely on Google Fonts to deliver its typography.
10. Analytics and Advertising
The currently documented configuration does not attribute behavioral advertising, sale of user profiles, or third-party analytics cookies to the Landing. If such technologies are introduced, policies and consent mechanisms will be reviewed as appropriate.
11. Sale of Information
BLAKZOL does not sell information submitted through Landing forms as part of the currently documented operation.
12. Providers and Disclosure
Information may be processed by technical providers necessary for hosting, servers, email, and infrastructure. It may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect rights or security, or investigate abuse.
13. Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, required records, security, or legal obligations. Messages may remain in email systems and providers may retain logs or backups according to their practices.
14. Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights. Requests may be sent to legal@blakzol.com. BLAKZOL may reasonably verify identity before acting.
15. Children
The Landing is not specifically directed to children. Children should not submit personal information without authorization where required. BLAKZOL may delete information when legally appropriate.
16. External Links
External services are governed by their own policies. BLAKZOL does not automatically control their privacy practices.
17. Demonstrations and Future Ecosystem
References to AI, Wallet, Investment, identity, biometrics, communications, security, or other future modules do not mean that the current Landing processes those data categories. Each future product will require its own privacy and security assessment.
18. Changes
This Policy may be updated as the website, technologies, practices, legal structure, or applicable requirements evolve.
